All orders are shipped FOB Longmont Colorado.
Normal Shipping: Normal stock orders will be processed and shipped within one business day of receipt. Standard shipping is via Priority US Mail. Standard package shipping rates apply and will be added to your order at checkout.
You may also choose to ship via FedEx Ground for an additional charge. Other types of shipping may be available by special arrangement - please call when you place your order for details.
We do not normally accept backorders for items. If an item isi out of stock and you cannot find a similar item in the catalog, please call us and we can make arrangements to design a similar piece for you as a special order.
Special orders and custom orders will be shipped as described in the sales quotation you will receive prior to your order processing.
